The new year of 2007 is one of the most challenging one as KEHRC is moving towards erect its own building. The challenges like the erection of new buildings, shifting to new buildings, demarcating service pattern (intensive service or extensive service) as well as facing the competitors are some of the crucial ones that needed proper planning and thoughtful execution. As our partner organization ORBIS international has shown interest in this sort of workshops we have promptly made arrangements for one. Prior to that a similar internal workshop was organized by NYSASDRI on 31st of December 2006in head office located at Sathasara, Dhenkanal.

In this workshop 35 no of participants took part and presented their findings in it. This reflection of the workshop was later on helpful in the ORBIS funded workshop in which Mr. Kamlesh, Programme Head, Mrs. Manpreet, Programme Manager from ORBIS took active part and shown interests along with Mr Sarvanan. The participants then discussed on service analysis, market area analysis as well as competitive analysis to suggest changes in the current operational pattern of KEHRC. The workshop which was held on 23rd and 24th of January 07 was highly reflective in nature as participants suggested ideas.
